1. Participant Terms

1.1 Team Registration Process

Step 1: Team leader registers on the ZLYXTRA Gaming website.
Step 2: Team leader pays the registration fee (₹360/team) via UPI and submits the payment screenshot.
Step 3: Team members are added by the leader using their registered email/phone numbers.
Step 4: Team receives a verification email within 2 hours of successful payment validation.
Step 5: Team is officially registered and eligible to participate.

1.2 Payment Verification

Payment Process:

Pay to the provided UPI ID and submit a clear screenshot of the payment.
Verification email sent within 2 hours of successful validation.
Unverified payments will receive follow-up within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees are final once verified. Refunds only issued for overpayments after verification.

The organiser can cancel the event without any prior notice. In such cases, the registration fee will be refunded to the participants.
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
The organiser reserves the right to change the event date with 24 hours prior notice.

1.3 Tournament Rules

All gameplay must adhere to BGMI's official rules.
Disqualifications for cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct.
Disputes must be raised within 1 hour of match completion.

2. Referrer Terms

2.1 Affiliate Program

BGM Team Affiliate (Player)

Registration Fee: ₹360/team
Base Commission: ₹60 per referral (first 5 referrals)
Enhanced Rate: ₹80 per referral (6th referral onwards)
Milestone Bonuses:
- ₹160 bonus on 5th referral
- ₹100 bonus on 10th referral

Non-Player Affiliate

Joining Fee: ₹0
Base Commission: ₹40 per referral (first 6 referrals)
Enhanced Rate: ₹65 per referral (7th referral onwards)
Milestone Bonuses:
- ₹150 bonus on 5th referral
- ₹100 bonus on 10th referral

2.2 Affiliate Payment Process

Step 1: Refer candidates using your unique referral link or code.

Step 2: Once the referred team registers and their payment is verified, you will receive an email confirmation.

Step 3: Request your payout by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.

Step 4: Payouts are processed within 24 hours of request.

2.3 Payout Rules

Earnings are only valid after referred user's payment is verified.
Fraudulent referrals result in forfeited earnings and permanent bans.

3. General Terms

3.1 Data Protection

Data retained for 180 days post-event for compliance purposes.
All data handling complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023).

3.2 Data Usage for Event Alerts

By participating, you consent to receive event updates and promotional alerts via WhatsApp/email.
Opt-out available via email request.

3.3 Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of issue occurrence.
Resolution provided within 3 business days.

3.4 Amendments

Rules/Terms may be updated with 48 hours advance notice via email/WhatsApp.
